Learning and Development

We are now moving into December, where we will be learning about Communicating and Listening. On the 2nd December we will start celebrating CHRISTMAS! Each day a craft activity will be planned for the children to enjoy. We look to provide a stimulating environment with lots of Christmas themed activities. No key person group times will take place, due to learning the play, and to be honest to have more fun!

Fundraising Dance

Thanks' to all that supported the fundraising dance, either by donating raffle prizes, buying raffle tickets or attending the dance. It was a fabulous night which was well attended. Raising a massive £568 to go towards developing the sensory garden..

'Twas the Night Before Christmas' - Chritmas Play

The children will betaking time to learn the ‘Twas the night before Christmas’ story

Each child has been given a role in the play, these have been text to yourselves, Slips will be sent out as well.

Thursday 11th December –2.15pm—Large Hall– Repton Manor Primary School


  • If your child is in the nursery on this day please bring clothes in named bag
  • If your child is NOT in on this day please bring them at 1.45 already dressed.

My Unique Story

Please take time to complete the my unique story for your child, information you put will go towards tracking your child's development. Please complete and hand back to your child’s key person. A guide on how to complete this will come with the document. Your child’s key person will feedback in the new year, ways in which you can support your child to develop.

Christmas Bazaar— Thursday 3rd December 3.15-5.30pm Can you help?

Christmas Play—Friday 11th December 2.15-3.00pm (Tickets £1 available next week)

Christmas Party—Friday 18th December 1pm-3pm All children welcome—children will meet Father Christmas, receive their Christmas gift and also have fun with entertainer Joshing Around.
