Family Working Day

Our Staff and families were busy on Friday 8th April creating new areas and items ready for our Opal Launch in Term 5.

Mrs Mannering, Miss Pittam and Mrs Chambers have been busy collecting donations throughout the Easter Holidays.  Look at what Mrs Mannering managed to get donated from Flynn Interiors ... amongst lots of other bits is a wonderful outdoor stereo so that we can have music on the playground.

Miss Pittam, Mr Jobber, Miss Iles and Mrs Chambers created a mud kitchen for you all to enjoy.

Miss Iles made you all a water wall.

Miss Thompson moved all of the old lockers to your outside areas so that you have somewhere dry to store your outside shoes until our welly racks arrive.

Pete and Liz made a den building and a hammock hanging area.

Mrs Hammond and Charlie tidied the sensory courtyard and re-filled the pond, so that you can enjoy this space as a quiet area at lunchtimes from Term 5.

Mr Page added some new tyre planters to the Kitchen Courtyard.  This is another quiet area for you to enjoy from Term 5.

We had great fun too ... playing in the tyres, building steps, having a picnic and playing on our new climbing frame which was kindly donated to us.
